Mental resilience and stress levels and coping with stress in uniformed services

The aim of the work was to study stress among uniformed services officers and strategies for coping with stress. The characteristics of work and typical stressors in these professions are discussed. Research was conducted to analyze the impact of personality traits on stress levels. Effective stress coping strategies have been identified. The conclusion is the importance of personality traits and coping strategies in reducing stress and improving the well-being of officers. This knowledge has implications for developing stress management programs in uniformed services, improving the quality of work and well-being of officers. The aim of this work is to better understand the issue of stress among uniformed services officers and to find effective strategies for coping with stress in the workplace. The adoption of such an approach may contribute to the improvement of working conditions and well-being of uniformed services officers, as well as contribute to the development of more effective psychological support programs in these professions.
