Abstract

The subject of this article is a pedagogical innovation designed for implementation at the stage of early childhood education in the third grade. Its main goal is to increase students' knowledge of the world around them. The curriculum of the innovation covers a period of 5 consecutive days. During the course of the innovation, the student develops ecological awareness and develops pro-environmental attitudes, becomes familiar with the names of the continents and oceans, learns the names of animals and the place of their natural occurrence, as well as learns the location of the Earth and the rest of the planets in the solar system.
