The primary goal of the kindergarten is to participate in building the society of the future, based on understanding the needs of children and their parents, as well as market requirements. The success in the development of the kindergarten, teachers and pupils depends largely on the way the director supports the development of innovation. Is it seen as an addition or as an integral element of the kindergarten's policy? f the director does not help his employees gain new experiences and does not strive to change existing thinking habits, the involvement of the teaching staff in introducing innovation will be inhibited. Only people who can change themselves can introduce changes in organizations. A creative director is able to run a kindergarten in such a way that, in the spirit of innovation, it is at the same time subject to teaching and upbringing standards in accordance with the guidelines of educational policy.
